Customs costs depend on the destination country, the product category of the asset and its price. It should be specified that duties are applied only to sales made to countries outside the EEC. Therefore, if the goods should be delivered in a country outside the EEC, in addition to the item price, VAT and transport costs, the customer must pay the duty required by the destination country as well as any “administrative charges”, which constitute the price that the courier requires for customs clearance (this cost is determined by the carrier). These charges are never specified in the order, given the fact that we cannot determine these charges during the order phase.
